A selection of web apps, AI agents, and automation projects we have designed and shipped, from first architecture through to launch.

Building a route optimizer that always returns its best answer
Twelve site visits, sixty drops, three vans. Route planning usually ends up in a spreadsheet, dragged around until it looks reasonable. We built an MCP server that solves real routes inside your AI client.

Building a competitor content MCP server that survives hostile pages
Comparing ten competitor pages by hand gives you a feeling, not a finding. We built an MCP server that reads those pages and returns word counts, heading diffs, keyword overlap and readability in one call. (205)

Building a read-only web audit MCP server that never opens a browser
Page audits usually mean another dashboard, another tab, and a report you cannot act on. We built a read-only MCP server that scores SEO, security, accessibility, tracking and performance from one fetch. (203)

Building a self-hosted Google MCP server for Claude
An AI client cannot see your Google data. We built a self-hosted MCP server where each person signs in with their own Google account and 22 tools answer, with every token encrypted at rest.

Automated blog publishing for Stock & Insurance
A scheduled n8n pipeline that pulls topics from a sheet, generates HTML content with DeepSeek, validates word count, and posts drafts to WordPress. All failures logged back to the sheet.

Replacing Manual Weekly Reports with a Zero-Touch n8n Workflow
A marketing agency lost hours every Monday assembling client reports by hand. We rebuilt the whole process as an automated n8n workflow that pulls, checks, and delivers the numbers on its own.

Building an AI Support Agent that Deflects Tier-1 Tickets
A logistics SaaS platform was drowning in repetitive support questions. We built a retrieval augmented AI agent that answers from their own documentation, cites its sources, and hands off to humans when it should.

Got a problem like one of these?
These are builds we can explain in detail: the bottleneck, the stack, and what shipped. If your team is stuck on reports, support tickets, or tool glue, tell us what is broken. You hear back within 24 hours from the person who builds.
