Property inquiries answered from your actual current listings, leads qualified and routed to an agent, and showings scheduled without a five-minute response window depending on who happens to be free. Built to stay inside fair housing lines by design, not by accident.
Real estate chat that qualifies leads, not steers them
Why real estate is a different engineering problem
The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, and disability, and HUD has been explicit that AI systems carry the same obligations a human agent does. A chatbot that filters or recommends listings based on signals that correlate with a protected class, even unintentionally, creates the same steering risk as a person doing it on purpose. Outbound lead texting and calling carries its own rules under the TCPA: written consent on file before automated contact, clear disclosure of what a lead is consenting to, and an immediate opt-out on every message.
None of that makes AI the wrong tool for real estate. It means the responsibility for compliant outreach sits with the agent and brokerage, the same as it always has, and the automation needs to be built with that in mind rather than assuming a vendor's software absorbs the liability.
What this breaks into
Property inquiry and lead qualification grounded in current listings.
Showing scheduling by voice or chat.
WhatsApp-based inquiry handling.
Consent-aware outbound follow-up.
The listing site itself.
What we deliberately don't automate
Listing filtering or "recommended for you" matching. A recommendation engine that learns from behavioral signals risks reproducing steering patterns even without anyone intending it to. Our chatbots answer direct questions about listings a lead asks about; they do not proactively filter or rank listings based on inferred characteristics of the lead.
Automated valuation or negotiation. Pricing guidance and negotiation carry real liability and require licensed judgment. What we build supports an agent doing that work faster, scheduling, qualification, document handling, not a system that makes the call instead of them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our process and digital systems.
No single system guarantees compliance, and we will not claim otherwise. What we build is designed against the discrimination risks AI chatbots specifically create, no behavioral filtering or steering-prone recommendations, and tested against those risks before launch. The brokerage's overall fair housing obligations extend beyond any one tool.
