Development capacity for agencies, under your name

We build inside your project management tool, communicate through your Slack or email domain if you want that, and never put our name anywhere a client could see it. Your agency stays the only vendor your client knows about.

The problem, reframed

Every agency hits a point where the pipeline is fuller than the bench: a client wants mobile app work and the team only does WordPress, or three projects land the same month and hiring for a temporary spike makes no sense. Turning down the work costs the relationship. Taking it on without the capacity to deliver costs it worse.

I think white-label capacity only works if the agency running it never has to think about managing us, the same way you would not want to manage a contractor's contractor. We build to disappear into your process: your ticketing system, your client-facing language, your delivery timeline, with none of our own branding or process imposed on top of yours.

What we build

01

Delivery inside your own tools.

We work in whatever project management system you already run, Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, rather than asking you to adopt ours. Tickets get updated where your team already looks for updates.
02

Communication that matches your brand.

Client-facing emails go out under your domain if you provide the access, and any documentation or handover material we produce carries your branding, not ours. If a client never needs to know a second vendor exists, that is the default we build toward.
03

Full NDA coverage before any client detail changes hands.

A mutual NDA is standard before we see a single line of client code or a single detail about who they are. This is not an optional add-on, it is how every white-label engagement starts.
04

Code delivered under your ownership from day one.

Repositories live wherever you want them, under your organization's account, not ours. Nothing sits in a Flowagenz-controlled repo waiting to be transferred at the end of a project.
05

Flexible capacity models.

Dedicated monthly capacity for agencies with a steady overflow need, or per-project engagement for a one-off client request outside your team's usual stack. We scope which model fits based on how consistent your overflow actually is, not a default we push regardless of your situation.
06

QA that matches your own bar, checked before it ever reaches your client.

Every deliverable goes through review against the spec before it comes back to you, so what you hand to your client has already been checked once by us and does not become your team's first read of the work.

Built on a modern, connected stack

This is not a separate service line running on different infrastructure. White-label engagements draw on the same stack behind every other Flowagenz service: Next.js, WordPress, and Shopify for web work, React Native and Flutter for mobile, n8n and Claude API for automation and AI features. If your client's project spans stacks your team does not normally cover, a single white-label partner handles all of it instead of you sourcing a different contractor per specialty.

Who this is for

01

Agencies at capacity

turning down work or pushing deadlines because the team is already full on current projects.
02

Agencies wanting to offer a stack they do not have in-house,

mobile app development or AI features, without hiring for a capability they may only need occasionally.
03

Marketing and design agencies

whose clients need actual engineering work delivered, not just a design handed off with no one to build it.
04

Dev shops with seasonal or project-based overflow

who need capacity for a defined stretch rather than a permanent headcount increase.

Why Flowagenz

Full code ownership, always in your name.

Everything built lives in your repositories under your organization from the start. There is no transfer step because there is nothing to transfer.

Based in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Western-grade engineering at a rate structure offshore delivery makes possible, which is part of why white-label capacity through us makes financial sense against hiring or a Western-market subcontractor.

Real overlap, not vague promises.

Async-first communication with working hours that overlap US Eastern mornings, UK afternoons, and Australian business hours on the same day, so your client-facing deadlines do not wait on our time zone.

Agency partnership is not a side offering here.

Every service on this site lists agencies needing white-label capacity as a segment we build for, not a single line item. It is a consistent part of how we work across web, mobile, and automation projects, not a program we are testing.

How it works

01
01

NDA and scoping call.

Mutual NDA signed before any client or project detail is shared, followed by a scoping conversation about the capacity model, dedicated or per-project, that fits your overflow.
02
02

Access and process setup.

We get access to your PM tool and communication channels, and confirm branding and client-facing protocols before any work starts.
03
03

Delivery against your tickets.

Work proceeds inside your existing ticketing and review flow, with our QA pass happening before anything comes back to you.
04
04

Ongoing capacity or handover.

For dedicated capacity, this repeats on a rolling basis. For a single project, we hand over completed, reviewed work ready for your client delivery. Ramp time for a new dedicated engagement typically runs 1 to 2 weeks to get access, tooling, and initial scoping in place.

Everything you need to know about our process and digital systems.

Not through us. Client-facing communication happens under your brand if you provide access, deliverables carry your branding, and our NDA covers client confidentiality in both directions. If you want us fully invisible, that is the default we build toward.
